The question remains, wat @AfghanistanIHRC have done or will do besides issuing statements condemning these attacks. i'm not insinuating you guys should go all guns blazing, at least approach @UNHumanRights, security council, embassies so that we Afghans feel your presence.

I don’t understand how u people run in ur positions. No action, just some tweets and statements do the trick for u. Always condemning n asking them 2stop. As f they’d do what you tell them.

it cant stop unless warring factions are brought on table not by super power but present govt itself. need to do give and take and achieve consensus on ruling Afghanistan based on its political and social culture

What is your solution? Giving order is easy, finding solution might be challenging.
