You are very far from reality. The international community has brought war to Afghanistan so no hope that it will bring peace. The Afghans among themselves bring peace either through war or by talking.

Following back on twitter & interacting is a way to pressure the international community to understand some grievances you are facing and motivate to honor sovereignty. Democracy is about the conversation, so better not to avoid dealing w/ the reality of the confrontations.

Agree- A "pause to bloodshed" is a better term to use rather than "permanent cease fire", as both sides talk. "Pause"" is better than "reduction in violence", which is rather vague and Taliban has easily ignored.
