There is a long way to go from inter-Afghan wars to inter-Afghan dialogue and inter-Afghan peace, because so far in no historical period have Afghan warring factions made peace with each other until they have won the war against each other.
Intra-Afghan Negotiations will be inaugurated tomorrow. Hoping that it be the beginning of an inclusive discussion, about a common future where bloodshed will end & opportunities will expand for all Afghans.
