Do you work for the commission? Anyway, that should not be an excuse. I can list a dozen people here who would write for free even though the commision must have funds for this project.

@AfghanistanIHRC make sure both national languages are represented equally. Apart from the imbalance in the number of each language articles, it’s interesting that there is not a single word of Pashto on the cover or content/team intros. -
