We said our sorrowful goodbyes to them today after they lost their lives to IED. I held Jawid's 4 year old daughter, I looked Fatima's parents in the eye & sat with them in their grief. I had run out of words, out of breath. Overwhelmed by shock, anger, grief & worry.
The attack on Fatima & Jawed was the latest in a series of horrific targeted assassinations. We don't know who was behind this murder & why. Fatima & Jawed's families & families of all victims have a right 2 truth & justice & government must investigate & end culture of impunity
