This paper proposes 4 mechanisms for broader engagement in the peace process. The draft version was shared with both negotiating sides, the Republic and Taliban, relevant Afghan politicians, international stakeholders & relevant civil society organizations.
@AfghanistanIHRC urges both parties to begin to engage on this proposal & issues immediately as they concern fundamental rights of citizens & lack of attention to them could lead to a relapse of conflict. @MujMash @ziashahreyar @ZDaryabi
