It's the repeat of many such cruel irresponsible crimes against our nation, is there any way 2 register a case against these criminals or any way of how to make them stop these cruelties. R we considered human beings? Do V have any rights? Is there anyone to help us with justice?

We can collectively work for justice for victims in all cases of civilian casualties. A case can be registered with

ICC investigation is another opportunity for accountability however the scope will be limited. Most meaningful possibility for justice is creating a broad alliance for victim-centered justice documenting atrocities & advocating for rights of ALL victims, regardless of perpetuator
