@AfghanistanIHRC & we follow up with authorities, Afg & international. Additionally, we can collectively put pressure on relevant governments for investigations
ICC investigation is another opportunity for accountability however the scope will be limited. Most meaningful possibility for justice is creating a broad alliance for victim-centered justice documenting atrocities & advocating for rights of ALL victims, regardless of perpetuator
