  in 19 years we haven't abled Kabul to accept d very universal human right 2 b accepted & respected dn how can w claim ds false assumption ahead of a peace deal wt Taliban, there ar people who oppose Afghan peace and bring such topics hotter in whenever the process takes momentum.
