Roadside mines are killing civilians. Airstrikes are killing civilians. Suicide attacks & night raids are killing civilians. All sides must stop harming the civilians. All sides must respect principles of distinction, proportionality & precaution.

Stoning to death are also killing people, its the 23rd woman and this ones stoning was announced 20 days earlier. We were shocked to see
