Kabul air is not breathable and we all contribute to it in some way. I feel constantly exhausted & low in energy, my son coughs at night & we don’t dare to go out for a walk. What are we doing to the planet?

Ms. Akbar, you are a responsible authority and you must take action, how can people live in the winter cold when there is no replacement fuel? All kabul pollution is from coal and other heat sources.
Of course we all must do something about the pollution in Kabul. Entities that can most directly impact the situation are National Environment Protection Agency & Kabul Municipality, as well as all of us, citizens.
