It has been rough few weeks. Reports of sexual abuse of children, targeting & killing of aid workers, daily reports of civilian casualties & human rights violations, an increasingly polluted Kabul. It is a struggle to keep hope alive.
I seek refuge in books, in poetry, but above all in the light of people who inspire me, in the determination of young Afs who want to change the country for the better. Today, I met @matiullahwesa who is a personal hero & inspiration & a hero 4 education 4 all Afghans.
I recently met @khurram222Aisha, an eloquent, thoughtful young Afghan who voices d pain & aspirations of our people. I came across @ShafiqaKhplwak in a discussion, where she moved us with her thoughtful, heartfelt remarks about civilian casualties & peace. They keep my hope alive
It has been a rough 27 years, starting with the fall of Dr. Najibullah's government. FYI. Only has gotten worst since the current government declared a consitutionally demcratic Islamic rep.That has infurated internal and external forces.

I wish we improve our system which is not working proper specially the lack of people who is runing with old ideas even we have best technologies resources & passion in young passion in young Afghans .Lets aware together people & ask them how can we do it beter the way they beliv

And amidst all these choas you mentioned and many more, the Asia Foundation released a biased and misleading report that the country was going in the right direction.What a shame for those who try to manipulate public opinion!
