Following #HSD8, spent today in Herat listening to civil society & @AfghanistanIHRC colleagues. I also met Governor @quayom_rahimi to discuss the human rights situation in the province.

I was energized by d commitment of d civil society & media, & d courage & commitment of my @AfghanistanIHRC colleagues, while also feeling the immensity of our responsibility at this uncertain time & the long-term implications of our work for d youth & children of Afghanistan.

Your words, behavior,& attitude speak loud for other men and wimen regarding Afghan women capability and work quality. It means that a women could be taken serious becz of her knowledge rather than any make up or random joking even in local gatherings.
