Went to three more voting centers. I visited 10 voting centers in total in Kabul. Problems I observed were mainly mismatch between registration lists & voter sticker and confusion about @AfghanistanIEC instructions on this

Lack of awareness of some voters who assumed they could vote in any center or province 4 presidential elections, lack of facilities 4 people with disabilities. Limited number of independent observers. Turnout could be higher. @AfghanistanIHRC

Most complaints in every site I visited were about d problem with d lists, which meant that some polling stations allowed people with stickers on their Tazkira to vote anyway, while at least in 1 polling center, they had kept turning people away till 3:30 when I visited.
