Observing in Shahrak e Omid e Sabz, Nayhe 6, where my mom is also voting. Turnout in women’s section not great. 100 or so votes in total 4 sites. Observers tell me many were turned away as names not on list r not registered on biometric device. Similar reports frm other provinces
