Looking forward to vote and observe #AfghanElections tomorrow. Hoping our security forces, our electoral bodies, independent observer bodies including us in @AfghanistanIHRC, do everything possible to enable Afghans exercise their human right to vote with security & freedom.

How abt those who can't vote, who will representing them? Which system can insure the inclusiveness and legitimacy of election, while more than half of the population can't participate in the process. This is the only reason for Afghan crisis.
