Taliban continue to kill civilians and damage infrastructure. Want to reassure Afghan citizens you are serious about ending the war? Stop hurting the civilian population. Start responding to public calls for accountability towards civilian lives and public infrastructure.

One issue is that anyone can say they are "taliban", any thug. Clearly a truly religious person that has read the quran has read this verse: "if anyone killed a person(not in retaliation of murder) & to spread mischief in the land it would be as if he killed all mankind"etc. 5:32
