I don’t know anyone who is not interested in peace, but there is a wide range of disagreement on what is the best path to peace & that is to be expected. I personally won’t label anyone as anti-peace simply because we disagree on the path to peace. @TareqKakar
Constitutions are open to amendment. I have no disagreement to the principle of the amendment but I disagree with developig a completely new constitution because of d implications & risks. Again, I am open to debating this & am willing 2 sit down with someone who thinks otherwise
I don’t believe Americans &Taliban agreeing on future of Afg in absence of Afg gov & ppl will deliver peace. I believe peace requires compromise & hard work, but compromise can’t happen in absence of engagement & dialogue & can’t be one-sided or imposed.
Some paths to peace however are so clearly flawed like Khalilzad's one that even Taliban themselves+their mentors in ISIS were surprised AND haven't expected in their wildest imaginations that they will be valued that much
