انتخاب نهایت مناسب. آقای صدیقی در کنار دو زبان رسمی کشور به زبانهای خارجی هم حاکمیت دارد و زبان پاینت مثبت و مهم برای نطاق یک اداره که هر روز در کنار داخلی ها با خارجی ها هم ارتباط دارد به شمار میرود. شاید همین یکی از دلایل عدم ارتقای افغان وطنپرست و متعهد دیگر مرتضوی باشد
