Dear Shahrzad, I accept your argue but I see sometimes incompetence happen in appointments of women. See just new duty for
#Munera Yusofzada at@MoDAfghanistan the rank she is appointed requires professionalism & quality which she lacks that. I feel its misuse of Women in Gov.1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

What qualifications are required for that position? Have you worked with Ms. Yousufzada before? Based on what are you judging her competence? Is she less qualified than all her male peers in that institution?

She lacks the military knowledge which is required for the position. I dont even back those incompetent Male there too. She deserves to be in any high civil position which suits her. I haven't worked with her but that doesn't mean we shouldn't say anything, D Gov is 4 people.

I need 2 learn more about Ms. Yusufzada’s new portfolio but I know that there is an effort 2 reform & civilianize security institutions & from little I know about her, she has been effective & active in her previous roles. Of course, all citizens r entitled 2 hold gov accountable
