are not prepared to talk to Government because they consider the Govt as illegitimate. They never rejected Intra Afghan Talks. Why do they consider the Afg gov illegitimate and yet people who were part of the gov leadership, even involved in shaping post Taliban gov I.e Pres Karzai, legitimate? If they consider d gov illegitimate, my question 4 d participants is, what is their stance re this issue?

Individuals R not institutions that 1 can declare them (il)legitimate. Let the
#Taliban aside, many lawyers & politicians declared NUG illegitimate, including few who R currently participating. Those who consider Govt as legitimate are participating for the dialogue purposes.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
