Question 4 Taliban re Moscow Talks: we understood that u r not open 4 Intra-Afghan talks until an agreement is reached with d US. What has changed? Are d invitees not considered the Afghan side &/or have you changed your mind about the sequencing? r is something else going on?

Will u be representing & defending d current constitutional order? If so, what is ur stance on Taliban not talking 2 d gov? Regardless f performance, representing d constitutional order is mandate of d gov first & foremost. D legal mechanism 2 oppose d gov is contest in elections
