The idea of interim government frightens those in power. For Afghans, Peace is the priority, not keeping you guys in power.

Taliban must be part of any gov(interim or any other type) to make a peace possible including changing constitution as it may requires. Decision in peace agreement are always decided by few and then put to the public vote to seek peoples opinion. That's how we make our future ..
They must be. This is not about excluding them. It is about questions like if we revise d constitution, would it be through a constitutional mechanism?

Revising constitution is a small part of the bigger deal between the parties to the conflict which its terms of the amendments or total rewriting it would be decided in the agreement.
