There are many incompetent men, in much higher numbers than women, that hold positions of authority using the ethnicity card and/or because of their alliance to different patronage networks. Incompetence can be seen across genders. Why highlight just women?
It’s extremely sad to see Afg women play the victim card while fighting for their inalienable rights. If they want to be considered equal to men in a patriarchal society, then they must fight the urge to be considered victims. A victim can never fight an equal fight. #Afghanistan
