It depends on what people define as ‘inclusive’ Your position is their ‘oversight’ does not constitute as inclusive. One can argue that by having any voice is considered inclusive. The opportunity to have a voice in itself should be looked at as a means of involvement.
Who has any representation or voice except government and wartime “leaders” in the board? If by having voice you mean being part of d committees, they are not formed yet & we don’t know d composition.
