Three is not enough. Our constitution says equal rights. We expect gov and political parties to have banalced teams.

with this approach, I would say there should not be any women ministry as all ministries are for all, and there should not be any quota for women in parliament of any other institution, they must compete and show they can win!!!

On Ministry of Women’s Affairs, I also have questions about its necessity, if qualified women are part of d leadership ALL other gov entities. Quota for elected institutions is a different discussion.

Why is quota a different discussion, if women think they are capable then why quota system? Women quota is not only in election but many other aspects as well such as jobs, university enrollment etc.
