As unbiased person looking to the election in Afghanistan, it is too late for lesson learned for upcoming presidential election. Time shortage and capacity deficit give us the reasons to seek a compromise for this election and the next one
What would that “compromise” look like and who is authorized to make it on behalf of citizens?

Unfortunately, there is no solid evidence to be happy citizen's votes and their political participation fully addressed. The AAN reports and others give us the reason to be skpetical. Lets wait and observe "compromise" when the IEC announces the results of parliamentary election
