Can we hold presidential election with the same @IECAfghanistan leadership? Today’s logistical and technical failures are beyond frustrating.

Change in leadership would be very complicated yes. But months before yesterday’s elections, there were serious questions about d capacity of IEC & nothing was done & ppl suffered yesterday. I doubt things will improve significantly with dis leadership by April.
