Its a fine balance which is hard to achieve but can be obtained if approached with a certain delicate sequence AND there is no way to predict the right order. Nations just turn lucky and succeed to establish peace with some grieving and others cheering.

By the way, I am not against women and their rights but their role in the process of dialogue with Taliban seems to be 0%. Instead, they can deteriorate as far as Taliban's track record is concerned regarding women's role.
