Oh no, imagine being part of a support team who isn't directly linked to how YouTube runs, only providing help for cases like this. How dare they. They are clearly the problem here, since they aren't in charge of how YouTube is run!
I think a part of the job of being a support person is to take and forward feedback to the relevant parties within a company, because support is the part of the company that people can actually talk to. If you know a better account to @ please do tell.
Here is the thing, they don't have a direct influence on YouTube as a whole is the issue. I can't tell you any better accounts to take this up with, because I don't believe @YouTube actually bothers to view their own twitter.
But that doesn't mean it should be taken out on the support team, who have nothing to do with all of this. There are less aggressive ways to give feedback.
