Like why not just punish the big creators who are doing all the stupid stuff. Why punish all of the upcoming creators and screw their chances of ever becoming the next big creators

#YouTubePartnerProgram well guess I’m screwed cause 4000 hours watch time for a small YouTuber is just not possible and it’s absolutely retarded that @YouTube and @TeamYouTube are punishing small creators for things big creators are doing.
