Sperm aren’t babies and dont grow into a child unless contacted with an egg, bad argument
I’m nothing like a 1 month fetus. You call it human based on its future potential. How is that any different from what a sperm may become?

you're just like a 1 month fetus in that you're human, and the fetus is human. there you go. Sperm is technically a living creature of it's own, not a human.
-
This is simply a debate about where we draw this arbitrary “human” line. You say it’s when the egg is fertilized and is a single cell or small number of cells that self replicate. A tumor has similar characteristics but we don’t protest chemotherapy
-
personally i say it starts when the heart beats and the heart beats within less than a month
-
also wow, comparing a baby to a tumor, lovely

A fetus and a tumor share a remarkable number of characteristics actually:https://aeon.co/essays/why-pregnancy-is-a-biological-war-between-mother-and-baby …
