The Guardian just wrote this pretty cool article about my biohacking experiments. I'd phrase some things differently. Especially around relationships. Which I value much more than the article suggests. But mostly... https://www.facebook.com/sergef/posts/10104134208405013 …
also keep in mind. my goal is to replace my human body completely live millions of years. i don't care about 130 vs 90. so my regimen is optimized for current performance, wealth generation and the like to drive resources to support these longer term priorities.

Did your doctors miss all the studies showing the negative effects of growth hormone and IGF-1 on life span? There are animal studies and humans studies that indicate that you don't want these to be high at all and a healthy 30 year old probably has higher than optimal levels.

my doctors have been digging around the IGF-1 question for years. here's one podcast of theirs touching this https://peterattiamd.com/rhondapatrick/ . you have to trade my cancer vs neuro risks; know my IGF-1 dynamics etc. much more nuanced than "go as low as possible" which you seem to suggest.

I'm aware of the potential negatives of low IGF-1 for the brain and am not suggesting to go as low as possible. But I am suggesting staying on the low end of the normal range.

If you are thinking long term you have to think of that. Having said this, lots of the stuff you talked about is good and something I either recommend or do myself. You have obviously delved pretty deep.

Of course you might be taking these things to feel better or improve symptoms, and that's fine if that's what you are after, but don't forget that many things that give you increased vigour now also increase the rate of aging and this will not show up until much later in life.

As for estrogen, higher estrogen levels are one of the reasons women have lower cardiovascular disease risk and live longer than men. One of the estrogen receptors mediates most of these beneficial effects so having slightly low levels of estrogen can be negative in this respect.

Also evidence indicates that having slightly low thyroid hormones is beneficial for longevity, and there are good mechanistical reasons to explain that. Therefore taking thyroid hormones would not be advisable unless yours are so low that you have clear negative effects.

Three main examples I noticed are the somatotrophin, the thyroid hormones and the estrogen blockers. My goal is also to live much longer than 130 so I understand you there. That is also why I would not use somatotrophin, thyroid hormones or estrogen blockers.
