Impressive regimen! However as someone that has been studying life-extension for almost 15 years I noticed that some of the things you do are the opposite of what would be good for living longer. Definitely areas to improve.

like what? if this is going to be about testosterone or somatropin, my doctors did an extensive review of the literature and our conclusion was to do what I am doing. we heard these concerns a hundred times. plus it is a question of dosage and monitoring and the like.
-
also keep in mind. my goal is to replace my human body completely live millions of years. i don't care about 130 vs 90. so my regimen is optimized for current performance, wealth generation and the like to drive resources to support these longer term priorities.
-
Did your doctors miss all the studies showing the negative effects of growth hormone and IGF-1 on life span? There are animal studies and humans studies that indicate that you don't want these to be high at all and a healthy 30 year old probably has higher than optimal levels.
-
my doctors have been digging around the IGF-1 question for years. here's one podcast of theirs touching this https://peterattiamd.com/rhondapatrick/ . you have to trade my cancer vs neuro risks; know my IGF-1 dynamics etc. much more nuanced than "go as low as possible" which you seem to suggest.
-
I'm aware of the potential negatives of low IGF-1 for the brain and am not suggesting to go as low as possible. But I am suggesting staying on the low end of the normal range.

I have just read the guardian piece. Written by a dismissive arrogant journalist incapable of reading between the lines. Aspirational stuff that redo aged on many levels
-
eh she writes for her audience. who are scared of change. i don't mind the tone.

Denying your own mortality puts you in the same intellectual peer group as babies and the mentally challenged.

A read of this might change your mind on the sort of meds psychiatrists recommend. Written by a psychiatrist, btw.https://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q%3Dtbn:ANd9GcRGexzJoetZUOAp7tw4oHe2piF6wIi2LY7Lm76a78ITWE2n2CJS&imgrefurl=https://books.google.com/books/about/Doctoring_the_Mind.html?id%3DehoICkmSCG4C%26source%3Dkp_cover&h=1080&w=702&tbnid=fvIDr2U59EjtLM:&q=why+psychiatric+treatments+fail&tbnh=141&tbnw=92&usg=AI4_-kQnKhsDsBcpQr5_J9qPJu67yo8uJQ&vet=12ahUKEwjV36zxz9ndAhWM6qQKHRSnBwQQ_B0wDHoECAgQFA..i&docid=BubCcWx-pDYN3M&itg=1&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjV36zxz9ndAhWM6qQKHRSnBwQQ_B0wDHoECAgQFA …

This has happened to me as have been on them for decades. Be very careful; pharmaceutical trials are biased in favour of the manufacturer, and that doctors will tend not to question that

The article was fascinating. However, a point on SSRIs: it's well documented that over time users experience a form of burnout and become MORE prone to depression
