We support this bill. It still has important net gains for victims. We need your support when this bill comes back over to the Senate.

Thank you Senator. A woman I know who was in an abusive relationship was constantly asked by her abuser's family members, who she got along with, to drop the PFA so they could discuss childcare arrangements. He also owned several thousand dollars worth if firearms.

Domestic abuse victims obtain abuse order. Victim is asked should he/she be allowed to keep weapon. If No, court has police remove all weapons. Eliminates possibility of shooting spree going after victim, family members and coworkers! Bravo!!
