A ban on Russian oil is exactly what is needed—we should have never been funding Putin’s war!
But the current price spikes in gas didn’t happen overnight. President Biden’s obstruction of U.S. oil & gas production drove up prices over the last year.

Please explain to me how President Biden's actions drove up the oil/gas prices this past yr when Exxon, Shell and BP had record profits and are now busy buying up their own stock shares. Sure looks like price gouging to me.

There is zero justification for gas prices going up at all because of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The U.S. imports 8 million barrels of oil each day and got 200,000 of that from Russia.

Defensive gaslighting much?
So old. Boring. Lack of imagination.
People pay you $179k a year in their hard earned tax money to do things, not not do things.

We should have not made Putin feel so confident he could do this. That’s exactly what republicans and Trump did

Honestly feels like oil companies have purposely kept supply low so they can drive up the price.
