Disagree with LB 76 but LR3CA is a good one.
My first two introduced pieces of legislation for this session are common-sense election measures. 
- LB 76 would change Nebraska to an Electoral College winner-take-all state
- LR3CA would require a photo identification to vote, if Nebraska voters approved the measure

This is so partisan it hurts. Joe Biden wins Omaha’s 2nd Congressional District and its Electoral Vote, and the 2nd day of the legislative session you introduce a bill changing our great system back to a unrepresentative system yet again.
