I called Senator Sinema’s office to talk about this. The woman who answered was uninformed and said she was too busy to discuss it. Unacceptable. I am your constituent. I expect your people to be prepared to talk to your constituents.

That'd be great, but they won't - they don't want to tie the hands of the Office, because "their guy" (or gal) will get in there eventually, and _then_ abusing emergency powers will be "necessary" to overcome an "obstructionist" Congress. But, honestly, I wish us luck.
