  To address spoofing, the penalties need to be assessed against the phone companies bc I doubt we will catch and extradite international thugs.

  I am retired, therefore I don't worry about getting to bed in time to get 8 hours sleep and get to work at 8 a.m. These robocalls keep waking me up. You workers may not be sympathetic, but it is annoying.
