  I have worked in healthcare for 30 years, 20 of them in administration, I have an MBA and I struggle to figure out how to access care. The VA is the least user friendly system I have ever seen. They need to hire outsiders to be their administrators.

  We've been waiting since 2015 for back pay for my husband's disability. Recently, we were told (via phone) to send in a certain form. We then rcvd a letter that it was the wrong form! The VA is the worst run gov agency but we keep trying.

  I was caller #14 while on hold with the VA, I waited less than 5 minutes. It wasn’t bad. The wait list to be seen on the other hand....

  Why not just do away with the VA. Give all vets an insurance card that all care providers must accept and not charge the vets any co-pays or deductibles
