They can already install the technology, what they need to do is not charge for it. I'm not one who can afford extras. I finally HAD to get an app due to the 10+ calls a day. Funny thing, the same day I PAID for the app, the robo calls died down to 3-4 a WEEK. Now, why is that?

I average receipt of a dozen such calls a day. The Do Not Call Registry has become a joke, and Social Media becomes obscenely wealthy peddling our data. Something needs to change.
