Then parents should decide what to serve their kids breakfast at their home at their expense. Govt shouldn’t be in the free food business. Many of the folks receiving free lunch & breakfast have their kids wearing Jordan’s & carrying iPhones. You wonder why tax payers are pissed!

Think about all the food we waste and so many of our children have a hard time eating breakfast or lunch. It's time we stopped lowering the status of our foundational inalienable rights to privileges.

For single parents the school breakfast program is a godsent. Dropping your child off at school 45 minutes early for a healthy breakfast allows parents more time for work, less stress in the morning, better socialization for the children and great academic improvement
