Thank you for standing up for change at the DOL! The 100s of thousands suffering deserve quick answers and quick payments. This is a bipartisan issue - all NY politicians should be fighting for the people who are unemployed and struggling to survive. I'm glad you are one of them!

Thank You Senator!! I am one of those people whom applied in March and have received nothing. Numerous emails unanswered, thousands of phone calls that couldn’t get through to a human, no answers at all! I am one of the hundreds of callers to your office begging for help.........

I am in the same situation. It is awful. Today it stopped pending but the rate is wrong. I have no money to feed myself or my two pups, I am so scared.

Even called Cuomo’s office asking to be connected to unemployment....after 1 hr and 43 min on hold, I was told they were all busy...took my info and was told someone would call me back...not today, but within a couple days...today is day 2 and no call

Thanks for your message. I have been looking to help. My staff and I have fielded 1000s of calls from constituents & provided their info to DOL. Additionally, we volunteered to be trained to process claims at DOL, but were not taken up on the offer. Thx again for the feedback.
