There is often an appropriate need for regulations, but I have always preferred less federal regulation, not more. Moving forward, we must be cautious about issuing preemptive regulations & examine the market need for such rules. 83% of Americans are in favor of #NetNeutality. If “the American people should make these decisions” why aren’t you acting in your constituents’ interests? http://d.pr/i/EsswvE

Because Lankford's constituency consists of ATT/Verizon/Cox and Comcast, he doens't give rat spit about middle class Oklahoman's. Just like @JimInhofe @RepMullin @TomColeOK04 Wake up OK, we're being sold out every time republicans act.

        So you’re saying #NetNeutrality is hurting #Oklahoma’s broadband providers? http://d.pr/i/DmUT55  http://d.pr/i/v9rPEy  http://d.pr/i/eIter3  http://d.pr/i/Q0W6og

No, the carriers even told their shareholders if the rules weren't overturned they would still invest in infrastructure. This simply allows carriers to gouge customers w basically no competition to keep prices down.

The doomsday scenarios are not "over-the-top" — #NetNeutrality regulations came into effect BECAUSE of such incidents, like the time AT&T limited access to FaceTime to charge customers more for access.

If you think consumer outcry is enough to keep these companies in check, then why aren't the 83% of Americans in favor of #NetNeutrality keeping you in check?

I consider personal health and safety to be a greater concern than "the market". I wish my elected representatives cared as much about the earth and our health as they do about money.

The American people would love to make these types of decisions. If only our elected officials listened to us instead of big business donors. In other news, you still good with GOP backing sexual predators? Including POTUS? Feels like Jesus would be opposed.

Ignored again. You are clearly not in Washington to be the voice of the people. You have also turned your back on “smaller government.” How do you sleep at night? You have sold out to your party. Shame.

Please, reconsider your stance on at least the repeal of net neutrality. EVERY other respectable country has these types of legislation enshrined in law. We are a leader of the free world not a giant profit machine! Sincerely, a constituent.
