    SB 2 contains a civil rights amendment to the PA Constitution for Race & Ethnicity. Yes Votes on Final Passage: ✅ 138 Republicans ✅ 5 Democrats ✅ 1 Independent Thanks to these 144 bipartisan votes, the people can approve constitutional protects for race & ethnicity.
