It's a start but small businesses will need more help to retain employees on payroll. The more help they get, the fewer people there will be on unemployment.

Senator Durbin, thank you for all you do! Please continue to push for increased testing for all citizens that need them! We are still so far behind this virus!
It also provides massive $ to large corporations w/pitiful few guardrails. They will likely happily lay off the 10% they’re capped at for the first 6 months and more later, finding ways to hoard funds at the top. It’s a shame you didn’t fight harder for us, @SenatorDurbin
