Mr. Walker has no meaningful courtroom experience at all. Instead, he’s spent much of his time in recent years going on TV and radio to bash the Affordable Care Act and defend his old boss, Brett Kavanaugh. The ABA’s peer review process found him “not qualified” to be a judge.

There are plenty of qualified, experienced attorneys in Kentucky who Republicans could nominate in the place of the unqualified Justin Walker. Lifetime appointments should not be taken so lightly —we need judges who actually know their way around a courtroom.
