I hope that Dr. Ford will reconsider and testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday. It is my understanding that the Committee has offered to hold either a public or a private session, whichever would make her more comfortable.

Well the FBI doesn’t investigate this. If the actual crime happened, it’s a state crime a local crime to be investigated by local authorities. Also it’s way beyond the statute of limitations, she knows this and is putting in a criteria that can’t be met

I hope that will reconsider having the FBI investigate these claims so that she has more information prior to a hearing. What is the rush? This is a lifetime appointment.

To the folks who say she's making this up, I say, you don't invite the FBI to investigate you if you're lying. Oh, and another thing. If she really wanted to, she can have the Maryland State Police open an investigation into her allegations=they have no statute of limitations
