Is abortion the most important thing in your life ? Kind of sad
-
It is sad that the Pro Life movement has never accepted the loss they suffered so many years ago -their singular focus. More sad that the movement seems unconcerned about the fate of children as opposed to fetuses.

Well when the FBI investigation has been going on for 900+ Days anyone could use that to stall, and that's exactly what you want to happen, btw 900+ days still no Inditment
-
When has a long investigation ever been a good thing? And how often do you think it is that a president is investigated by the FBI, anyway?

You said you wouldn’t back a nominee hostile to Roe v Wade. You would be letting a president* accused of sexual assault appoint a justice who wants to set women’s rights back to the Middle Ages. I hope you’ll fight for women’s rights and healthcare, but I don’t think you will.

Nope. She won't. Unreliable and no moral compass.

If you care about health care for all Americans, especially those with pre-existing conditions, you must vote to NOT CONFIRM. Please, the vulnerable Americans are depending on you.
-
Maine is an old and sick state, and overwhelmingly supports choice and protections for pre-existing conditions. You are supposed to represent us. It's your job. It is not your job to bow down before party and sacrifice the will of the people.
-
If Roe gets overturned, Maine can still have its own abortion laws. Kavanaugh’s not going to overturn Obamacare.
-
@OHFScratch, that would be a huge relief re: protections for people with pre-existing conditions (of which there are tens of millions). I'm interested in why you believe they'll protect the law? And I hope you are right. -
Roberts upheld ACA even when Kennedy voted to strike it. Kavanaugh replaces Kennedy. ACA is not under threat unless RBG or Breyer seats are vacated. Even then, I suspect the appetite is for legislative correction, not judicial on ACA. Roe is a different story.
-
I truly hope you are right. Thank you for the insight.
