Rather than funding infrastructure investment with real pay-fors like we did in Indiana, Congress would rather put it on the credit card.

Well Indiana roads suck. We chip and seal State highways now. The State screwing county and local governments has caused them to deteriorate. State roads not being plowed in the winter. Want more Mikey?
