This is better than accosting workers in the parking lot. Calling a worker on their phone is certainly less threatening than chasing them down as they head to their cars after work...sometimes in the dark. You are clueless to the realities of most workers.

I don't see the problem. The employer, who no doubt is lobbying against the union, has the employee's personal contact information and work shift information. If organizing initiatives are to be truly fair, why shouldn't both sides be armed with the same tools and info?
